We manufacture coils as per IEC-34, BS 4699, ESI 44/6, 44/7, IS 325, VDE 0530, JEC 37 etc standards. Any special test can be conducted as per customer requirements.

The following tests are carried out on coils :

  1) Dimensional and shape check.

  2) Inter turn test.

  3) High Voltage test.

  4) Tan delta test.

  2) High Voltage DC testing kit (0-80KV)

  3) Tan Delta test kit

  4) Surge Comparison kit (0 – 15KV)

  5) Insulation Tester

  6) Tera Ohm meter (digital)

  Packing :

  Great care is taken to ensure that coils are not damaged during transportation. All coils are packed using fumigated wooden boxes with thermocol   lining.
